Environmental Biol (Lec/Lab)
 
(4-3-3) Principles of environmental systems and
ecology, including biogeochemical cycles, energy
transformations, abiotic interactions, symbiotic
relationships, natural resources and their
management, lifestyle analysis, evolutionary
trends, hazards and risks, and approaches to
ecological research. Laboratory activities will
reinforce principles of environmental systems and
ecology, including biogeochemical cycles, energy
transformations, abiotic interactions, symbiotic
relationships, natural resources and their
management, lifestyle analysis, evolutionary
trends, hazards and risks, and approaches to
ecological research.
Required Prerequisite: TSI Met in Writing
and Reading. MATH-0362 with a minimum grade of C
or MATH-0361 with minimum grade of C and
MATH-1332 or MATH-1342 or appropriate TSI Math
placement score.
Recommended Prerequisite: MATH-1314
