Pilates - Intermediate
(1-0-3). Instruction and participation in
physical and recreational activities. Covers
basic concepts and skills in the Pilates method
of conditioning, including core strength, muscle
tone, coordination, and flexibility. Non-impact
mat exercises are modified to various fitness
