(3-3-0) Information access skills for print and
electronic resources. Use of libraries and their
structure, tools, and staff to identify, locate,
evaluate and make effective and ethical use of
information. Emphasizes critical thinking skills
and clear concise written and spoken
communication; techniques for time management,
prioritizing reading materials, and comprehending
the main ideas and salient details of technical
materials, including journals and reports, and
other work related materials.
