Course Description
Medical Nutrition Therapy I
(3-3-0). Applications of nutrition principles and
techniques of nutrition care for healthy
individuals and patients/clients at low nutrition
risk. Nutrition risk screening,interviewing and
counseling methods, diet evaluation, basic diet
calculations, documentation.
