Mental Health Nursing
 
(2-2-0) Principles and concepts of mental health,
psychopathology, and treatment modalities related
to the nursing care of patients and their
families. This course lends itself to a blocked
approach.Focus is on holistic human needs.
Associate degree nurse role assimilation is
facilitated through the development of major
concepts.
Required Prerequisites: RNSG-1413, RNSG-1460, and
RNSG-1105
